Owning Jett: Made Marian Legacy book 3: Lucy Lennox
Y'all HOLY S H I T did I eat this book up. Owning Jett will be best enjoyed if you like INTRIGUE and spy craft mixed in with your romance.
Jett and Locke were both stubborn idiots. But I loved them anyway. Their romance was years in the making, chock full of misunderstandings and untruth. But they always ended up back in front of each other, almost like serendipity.
• age gap
• do gooders
• accidental sex work
• Pretty [wo]Man vibes
• international intrigue
• billionaire hero
• late biawakening
The only kind of billionaires I like are the fictional ones, and Locke was growly and mercurial. Possessive. Jett had him intrigued from the get-go.
Jett was so multifaceted. In previous books Jett definitely came off as a ditsy playboy airhead, but he was absolutely more than that and I loved watching these two dance around each other. More than that, I loved when they figured it out.
The Paxis of it all was interesting, too.
Overall, this was an amazing addition to the spinoff series. It was fun and had big emotional moments. This series is great, and I highly recommend. Especially if you love an MC who will look for you, then jetset after you.
