Tide Over: Eve Holmes

TIDE OVER was an exploration of grief and expectations and finding peace and healing along the way... while falling in love.

This isn't a fast paced read, it's slower. The author paints the picture and you're left feeling everything right alongside Liam and Theo.

Liam is running.
Theo is stuck.

And when they find each other, there's peace. There's quiet moments over coffee. They've found their person. There's SAME.

This story was beautiful and sad and wonderful. These two mcs like each other so much and I loved getting to read them falling in love.

• double(ish) awakening
• running from grief
• first times (with a man)
• small town
• blue collar men & lifestyle
• swoon worthy Gaelic nicknames

As soon as I finished Tide Over I immediately bought it, then downloaded book two. I absolutely recommend this story, especially if you're feeling a little melancholy or if it's raining or if you just want a slow sprawling romance. This was definitely a 5⭐️ read for me.

I LOVED Theo and Liam.
And Miss Bobber too.
