Y'all I loved this story. I ate it up.

Carter Cahill pays Hawk & Blue Creek a fortune to find a specific type of horse. Which gives everyone the ick quickly. But IRL he is so sweet and earnest. They just don't know him.

Hawk is very horse focused and antipeople. He is 24 and his best friend is a grizzly 70 year old former foreman. He is so delightfully grumpy and awkward.

Carter and Hawk have pretty insane chemistry. It takes a while for the smut to start, like a WHILE. But the romance of it makes this book super enjoyable and very readable.

This series would be best enjoyed read in order and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Again, to reiterate, I loved this book and I adore this series.

The Legend Next Door: Totally Pucked Book 2: Jesse H. Reign

I think this may be the hardest review I've ever had to write. I can't believe I'm saying this because I genuinely believed that Unbreak Me would remain my favorite Jesse book of all time... but THE LEGEND NEXT DOOR has, without a doubt, taken that spot. I loved this book. I LOVED IT. Jesse chose violence with this one because I died multiple times while reading. Died. Dead. Ben Stirling. Holy hell. BEN STIRLING CAN GET IT. Brim Over Boot: Darling Brothers book 2: Emmy Sanders

Oh my god, I am UNWELL. I shouldn't be surprised, but this one snuck up on me. BRIM OVER BOOT was fantastic. I'll be the first to admit that enemies to lovers is not my go-to genre. But Colt and Noah were damn enjoyable to read. From the beginning, you could see that Noah was under Colt's skin, and I was so here for when things started happening. And lord did they! Their love story is packed full of humor, rivalry, ridiculousness, and miscommunication/misunderstanding. They're idiots, your honor. But they're also SWEETHEARTS. Colt's struggle and fight along with Noah's possessiveness and patience. It's swoony over here! I loved seeing the Darling family again and meeting Walter. AND the Darling donkey cameo!
