Mountain Daddy. What a great story!

Here's what I posted to ig:

SJ Tilly always hits perfect for me. Mountain Daddy was AMAZING. Kendra and Luther were perfect, and I loved them.

I wanted to date Courtney from Mountain Boss, but I wanted to BE Kendra from Mountain Daddy. These two were 10/10.

Looking for a dad's best friend romance? How about a significant age gap? Light daddy kink? Sneaking around? This is IT.

Luther was so down bad for Kendra from the very beginning. These two had fire chemistry, and as usual, all the side characters had me laughing. There was a great plot & great bedroom scenes & between "the curse" and Luther making assumptions... this story had me laughing and crying.

SJ Tilly always reminds me why she's my go-to author for stories that have me experiencing all the emotions delivered by characters that stay with me way longer than I'd ever imagine.

Luther can get it.
Kendra, too.

Mountain Daddy comes out JULY 31, and this was absolutely a five-star read for me!

Your honor, I loved them.

Now, for my extended review.

Kendra has to move across the country to start over. Luckily, her dad has a room & a job for her. She's in her 30s, and this feels like a knock to her pride. 20 minutes from her dad's place, she decides to bunk at a motel for the night. One last hoorah before moving into her dad's. She walks in Rocky's and meets Luther.

The chemistry: instant and HOT. Like, just do it already.

And they do. Both knowing it's a one night stand.

The daddy kink. Lovely. Truly.

Come to find out, Luther is Kendra's dad's bestie. *shocked face*

This book was such a joy! There were heart-aching scenes and moments where I was laughing so hard I could cry. The sweetness! Oof.

Luther was a bit of a dummy, but admittedly, he wasn't expecting to fall in love. I get it.

And the entire BUDDY storyline had me sobbing.

Do I recommend this story?
Abso-fucking-lutely.

Wilder Heart: KT Yarrow

Y'all, I LOVED THIS STORY. I saw it available to arc read, and I took a chance. I am SO glad I did. I loved Cash & Wilder. If you love cowboy romances, 10/10 recommend this one. I've been crying off and on throughout the entire book. Wilder was such an amazing character. His back story was TOP TIER, and how he got introduced to the story kept me engaged the entire time. And Cash. Don't get me started on him. He is the perfect cowboy and the perfect place for Wilder to land. After being released from prison, omg that story broke my heart, Wilder goes back to his family ranch. But so much has changed, and so has he, and he doesn't quite feel like he fits anymore. Cash, the ranch foreman, is Wilder's boss... but he becomes so much more. This story has so much HEART and family dynamics. Brim Over Boot: Darling Brothers book 2: Emmy Sanders

Oh my god, I am UNWELL. I shouldn't be surprised, but this one snuck up on me. BRIM OVER BOOT was fantastic. I'll be the first to admit that enemies to lovers is not my go-to genre. But Colt and Noah were damn enjoyable to read. From the beginning, you could see that Noah was under Colt's skin, and I was so here for when things started happening. And lord did they! Their love story is packed full of humor, rivalry, ridiculousness, and miscommunication/misunderstanding. They're idiots, your honor. But they're also SWEETHEARTS. Colt's struggle and fight along with Noah's possessiveness and patience. It's swoony over here! I loved seeing the Darling family again and meeting Walter. AND the Darling donkey cameo!
