All Ghosts Aren't Dead: The Forgotten book 1: April Jade

Y'all. This was one of my most anticipated books, AND I LOVED IT.

The story had me hooked immediately, but the love story between Sam and Blue took a little while to click for me. But when they finally have sex it's hot as shit. Like, for real. All my favorite parts of a Daddy book are here, AND there's a killer plot.

THE FORGOTTEN is gonna be an amazing series. All the boys in the house and the teachers and their individual issues... I can't wait. I hope the next book is Simon and Jonah and that we get more of the creepy cult church storyline.

Daddy Sam and Blue were hot. They both have issues, both are super sad and messed up. But they work together.

I loved that they're vigilante killers for the mafia. I think that's gonna open so many plot doors. 

So, if you love Daddy books, murder stories, mafia stories, darker situations, and creepy cult church vibes - this is gonna be the one for you. April Jade writes amazing Daddy books.

This story kind of reminded me of a hot episode of Criminal Minds 😂😂😂 like a daddy episode. Sign me up!

The Legend Next Door: Totally Pucked Book 2: Jesse H. Reign

I think this may be the hardest review I've ever had to write. I can't believe I'm saying this because I genuinely believed that Unbreak Me would remain my favorite Jesse book of all time... but THE LEGEND NEXT DOOR has, without a doubt, taken that spot. It's rare for me to go all in on a taboo story. Mainly because I need a little plot to enjoy a story and most taboo is just porny erotica. Which, to each their own, we don't yuck anyone's yum here - but I need some plot. My little corner of booksta was popping OFF about the latest taboo story, a collab of dark romance writers Brea Alepou & Skyler Snow. I've enjoyed their work in the past, and was told by a trusted booksta friend that Grandaddy's Law did in fact have a plot in addition to the porny goodness that had everyone OMG-ing the day away.
