Oh, this was a CUTE premise for a valentines-esque anthology. The trouble is telling you how cute it is and NOT giving away the plot. It IS only a short story with 6 chapters.

Kevin is besties with Bernie. Bernie is in a frat and always cojoles Kevin into being his buddy/wingman. Through the frat activities, Kevin meets Lance, one of Bernie's frat brothers.

Kevin secretly likes Lance.
Lance not so secretly likes Kevin.
Everyone knows, but Lance and Kevin.

When a singing telegram fundraiser mission goes wrong... 👀

Like I said, this was a short little cutie.

This anthology goes live on Febrary 4th, and hopefully, I'll have read a couple more shorties before then.

Y'all, I LOVED THIS STORY. I saw it available to arc read, and I took a chance. I am SO glad I did. I loved Cash & Wilder. If you love cowboy romances, 10/10 recommend this one. The Legend Next Door: Totally Pucked Book 2: Jesse H. Reign

I think this may be the hardest review I've ever had to write. I can't believe I'm saying this because I genuinely believed that Unbreak Me would remain my favorite Jesse book of all time... but THE LEGEND NEXT DOOR has, without a doubt, taken that spot. I loved this book. I LOVED IT. Jesse chose violence with this one because I died multiple times while reading. Died. Dead. Ben Stirling. Holy hell. BEN STIRLING CAN GET IT. Granddaddy's Law: Wolfe Productions

It's rare for me to go all in on a taboo story. Mainly because I need a little plot to enjoy a story and most taboo is just porny erotica. Which, to each their own, we don't yuck anyone's yum here - but I need some plot. My little corner of booksta was popping OFF about the latest taboo story, a collab of dark romance writers Brea Alepou & Skyler Snow. I've enjoyed their work in the past, and was told by a trusted booksta friend that Grandaddy's Law did in fact have a plot in addition to the porny goodness that had everyone OMG-ing the day away.
