Rivals of Copper County: May Archer

This story was ooey gooey perfection. Actually, this entire series is.

THE RIVALS OF COPPER COUNTY is officially out now, and I genuinely can't recommend it enough. For maximum enjoyment, you need to read Pretenders of Copper County first. How else will you understand the greatness of John Ruffian?

RIVALS is Watt's HEA... and boy howdy did this story pack in the feels. Watt is still a little hung up by his teenage best friend that he hasn't spoken to or seen in almost 20 years. But... Jasper is still a little hung up on Watt, too.

Jasper and Watt stumble into a VERY romantic situation- and they regularly get in their own way because they are absolutely oblivious dummies. But oh my heart, how they adore each other.

I laughed.
I cried.
I swooned.
I cried some more.
I want to watch John Ruffian.

300+ pages go by so quickly, and you'll be swooning right along with Watt and Jasper. You've got to be a fan of small town romance. Found family. Tight knit communities. Well-meaning neighbors. Oblivious love struck dummies. A couple big moments. Wonderful side characters. Plotty plot. 

I really did love this story. I'm loving this series. I can't wait for the next book... hopefully, it's Delaney! May Archer is gonna write them, and I'm gonna read them.

I think this may be the hardest review I've ever had to write. Wilder Heart: KT Yarrow

Y'all, I LOVED THIS STORY. I saw it available to arc read, and I took a chance. I am SO glad I did. I loved Cash & Wilder. If you love cowboy romances, 10/10 recommend this one. I've been crying off and on throughout the entire book. Wilder was such an amazing character. His back story was TOP TIER, and how he got introduced to the story kept me engaged the entire time. And Cash. Don't get me started on him. He is the perfect cowboy and the perfect place for Wilder to land. After being released from prison, omg that story broke my heart, Wilder goes back to his family ranch. But so much has changed, and so has he, and he doesn't quite feel like he fits anymore. Granddaddy's Law: Wolfe Productions

It's rare for me to go all in on a taboo story. Mainly because I need a little plot to enjoy a story and most taboo is just porny erotica. Which, to each their own, we don't yuck anyone's yum here - but I need some plot. My little corner of booksta was popping OFF about the latest taboo story, a collab of dark romance writers Brea Alepou & Skyler Snow. I've enjoyed their work in the past, and was told by a trusted booksta friend that Grandaddy's Law did in fact have a plot in addition to the porny goodness that had everyone OMG-ing the day away.
