Mr. Sin was just what I needed. Honestly.

Imagine: thick curvy boss bitch on a work trip to Vegas and has a steamy one night romp with the Devil. (He's not really the devil, but he's Mr. Sin, OBVI!) A month after the trip, Sasha is doing PR work for a new company and guess who the boss is.... 😱🎉💕 yes! It's him!

What follows is pure entertainment. I assure you, this book has spice, feels, action, and a setup for a couple more books. I always ALWAYS say this and get proven wrong, but I can't imagine loving another couple from this series as much as I loved Sasha and Vincent.

If you're looking for M/F hetero love that usually features curvy/fat main female characters and alpha male mafia/ex-mafia dudes, then I can't recommend SJ Tilly enough. She's a new auto read author for me!

This was a reread for me. Takeaways: still amazing. Vincent, still ridiculous and hot. Sasha, still the absolute best. Captain, still the goodest chonk. Plot: still plotting. Loved it!

The Legend Next Door: Totally Pucked Book 2: Jesse H. Reign

I think this may be the hardest review I've ever had to write. I can't believe I'm saying this because I genuinely believed that Unbreak Me would remain my favorite Jesse book of all time... but THE LEGEND NEXT DOOR has, without a doubt, taken that spot. It's rare for me to go all in on a taboo story. Mainly because I need a little plot to enjoy a story and most taboo is just porny erotica. Which, to each their own, we don't yuck anyone's yum here - but I need some plot. My little corner of booksta was popping OFF about the latest taboo story, a collab of dark romance writers Brea Alepou & Skyler Snow. I've enjoyed their work in the past, and was told by a trusted booksta friend that Grandaddy's Law did in fact have a plot in addition to the porny goodness that had everyone OMG-ing the day away.
